Ingredients
– 6 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 30 grams caviar
– 1 cup potato chips
– Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
– Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Method
1. Begin by placing the eggs in a saucepan and covering them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
2. Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from heat, cover it, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
3. Afterward, transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs once they are cool.
4. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl, then mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Top each egg with caviar and sprinkle with crushed potato chips and fresh dill if desired. Serve with lemon wedges if you want.
