Method
1. Start by combining the chickpeas, red onion, celery, red bell pepper, and coriander in a large bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chickpea mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
4. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if needed.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
