Ingredients
- 425 g pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree and brown sugar.
- Add milk, flour, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
