Ingredients
– 400 g white fish fillets
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
– 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
– 1 avocado (sliced)
– 8 small tortillas
– 1 lime (juiced)
– ½ cup sour cream
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Coat each fish fillet in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake fish for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
5. Warm the tortillas and assemble tacos by adding fish, cabbage, corn, avocado, and a drizzle of lime juice and sour cream.
