Ingredients
– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is coated evenly.
5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in chocolate chips after removing from the oven.
