Ingredients
– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1 cup walnuts, chopped
– 1 cup almonds, chopped
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, walnuts, almonds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is coated.
5. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Stir halfway through. Once cooled, mix in chocolate chips.
