Ingredients
– 1 kg pork ribs
– 250 ml barbecue sauce
– 125 ml apple cider vinegar
– 125 ml water
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. Place the ribs into the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water. Stir until combined.
3. Add the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the sauce mixture. Stir well.
4. Pour the sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker. Make sure they are well coated.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
