Ingredients
– 1 cooked ham (about 2.5 kg)
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup apple juice
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 cup pineapple juice
Method
1. Start by placing the cooked ham in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, apple juice, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
3. Pour this mixture over the ham in the slow cooker.
4. Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for about 4 to 6 hours.
5. Once done, serve the ham with the sauce drizzled on top.
