Ingredients
– 500 g Brussels sprouts
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
3. Toss the sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread them out on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until crispy, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes before serving.
