Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 tablespoon butter
Zest of 1 orange
Method
1. Start by whisking together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter and swirl it to coat the bottom evenly.
3. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for another minute.
4. Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
5. To prepare the sauce, melt a tablespoon of butter in the pan and add orange juice, liqueur, and orange zest. Stir well and serve over warm crepes.
