Ingredients

– 1 kg potatoes
– 250 ml creme fraiche
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/4 cup chives, chopped
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste

Method

1. Begin by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into large chunks.
2. Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Boil the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, until they are tender.
4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, creme fraiche, and milk.
