Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 200 g mushrooms, sliced
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 200 ml cream
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
4. Mix in the cooked rice, chicken broth, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine everything well.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
