Ingredients

Method
1. Start by shredding the cabbage and grating the carrots. Place them in a large bowl.
2. In a different bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and mustard until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Stir until everything is well combined.
4. Taste the coleslaw and add salt and pepper as needed for flavor.
5. Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
