Ingredients
4 cups of shredded green cabbage
1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Method
Combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate smaller bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots.
Mix everything together until the vegetables are well coated.
Add the chopped parsley and stir again before serving.
