Ingredients
– 115 g softened cream cheese
– 90 g unsalted butter, softened
– 200 g sugar
– 1 large egg
– 5 ml vanilla extract
– 250 g plain flour
– 2 g baking powder
– 1 g salt
– Sprinkles (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth.
3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, then stir until everything is well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix this into the cream cheese mix until well blended.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the tray and add sprinkles if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
