Ingredients
– 2 cups fresh cranberries

Method
1. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cranberries. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt to the cranberry mixture. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixed salad greens in a large bowl. Toss them gently to coat evenly.
4. After preparing the salad, pour the cooled cranberry mixture over the greens.
5. Finally, sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top before serving.
