Ingredients
– 1 round of Brie cheese
– 1 cup cranberry sauce
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Crackers or baguette for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, walnuts, rosemary, honey, and vanilla.
4. Spoon this mixture over the Brie. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguette.
