Ingredients
– 500 g fresh crab meat
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1/4 cup diced onion
– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying
Method
1. Gather all the ingredients and put them in a large bowl.
2. Mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper together until combined.
3. Form the mixture into patties, about 5 cm wide.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
