– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
1. Begin by mixing the crab meat, breadcrumbs, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir this mixture into the crab mixture until well blended.
3. Form the crab mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
5. Once cooked, place the crab cakes on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
