Cowboy Stew Recipe
Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained
1 can (400 g) corn, drained
2 cups beef broth
2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Stir in the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, beef broth, and chili powder. Mix well.
4. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
