Ingredients
– 1 kg country-style pork ribs
– 2 cups barbecue sauce
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs thoroughly.
4. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour barbecue sauce over them evenly.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 2.5 hours until the ribs are tender.
