Corn Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups canned corn, drained
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 large jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Method
1. Start by draining the canned corn and placing it into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped red onion, diced bell pepper, and minced jalapeño to the corn.
3. Mix in the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
4. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
5. Stir everything together until well combined and serve right away or chill before serving.
