Corn Salad with Radishes, Jalapeño, and Lime
Ingredients
2 cups corn, cooked
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Method
First, combine the corn, radishes, and jalapeño in a large bowl.
Next, add lime juice, mayonnaise, and chopped mint to the bowl.
Season your mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
