Ingredients
200 g fresh scallops, cleaned
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
75 ml dry white wine
100 ml heavy cream
120 g breadcrumbs
50 g grated cheese (such as parmesan)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook it until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Next, place the scallops in the pan and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the cream, breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes before serving.
