Coconut Pecan Pralines Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
120 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ½ cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans
A pinch of salt

Method
1. Start by combining both sugars, milk, and butter in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a soft ball stage. This takes about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the pan from heat and add vanilla, salt, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut. Stir until everything is well mixed.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Allow the pralines to cool and set for about 30 minutes before serving.
