Delicious Coconut Burfi Recipe: Easy Fresh Coconut Fudge

Ingredients
2 cups grated fresh coconut
1 cup jaggery or brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
Chopped nuts for garnishing (optional)

Method
1. Start by heating the ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the grated coconut and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Pour in the milk and mix well, allowing it to cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the jaggery or brown sugar and the cardamom powder, cooking until everything melds into a thick mixture.
5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased dish and allow it to cool, then cut into squares.
