Cinnamon Sugar Butter Swim Biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
90 ml milk
60 ml melted butter
55 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Pour in milk and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
Grease a baking dish and add the biscuit dough in spoonfuls.
Combine the topping sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the biscuit dough before pouring melted butter on top. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
