Ingredients
– 240 ml milk
– 1 large egg
– 100 g sugar
– 85 g melted butter
– 250 g all-purpose flour
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– ½ tsp salt
– 50 g sugar (for topping)
– 2 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
3. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just blended.
5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
