Method
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and stir well to coat all the pieces.
- Cook the chicken in a frying pan over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken in tortillas and top with cilantro and diced tomatoes.
