Method
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
2. Whisk in milk, egg, and melted butter until a smooth batter forms.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add butter.
4. Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
5. Mix cinnamon and ¼ cup sugar in a shallow dish. Coat each pancake in the mixture after cooking.
