Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
Green food coloring
Chocolate chips
Fruit for decoration
Method
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
2. Whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until the batter is a nice green shade.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour small circles of batter to create the tree shape, then decorate with chocolate chips and fruit.
