Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for decorating
Method
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
2. Whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl until well combined.
3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Add a few drops of green food coloring and blend until you achieve a vibrant color.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter into triangular shapes to create Christmas trees. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top as decorations.
5. Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden. Serve with whipped cream as snow on top!
