Ingredients

– 1 ripe banana, mashed
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Add the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt. Stir until everything is combined.
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and place them on the baking tray, spacing them apart.
