Ingredients
400 ml cream
200 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Method
1. Start by heating the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to gently simmer. Do not let it boil.
2. Once the cream is warm, remove the pan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until it fully melts and combines.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until well mixed.
4. Gradually pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while continuously whisking. This will help avoid cooking the eggs.
5. Pour the mixture into small pots or cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
