Ingredients
– 175g dark chocolate
– 100g unsalted butter
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
3. Combine the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.
4. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Add the flour, salt, pecans, and chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
