Method
1. Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; some lumps are fine.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter if needed.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until browned.
