Method

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Beat egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add castor sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and firm.
3. Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract until just combined. Spread the meringue onto the prepared tray, creating a rectangle shape.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside to cool completely.
5. Whip heavy cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form. Spread cream on the cooled meringue, top with strawberries, and roll it up gently. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
