Ingredients

– 100 g dark chocolate
– 100 g unsalted butter
– 2 large eggs
– 2 egg yolks
– 100 g sugar
– 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Butter, for greasing

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease four ramekins with butter.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until they become light and frothy.
4. Slowly mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Add the flour, vanilla, and salt, and stir until well combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
