Ingredients
– 250g fresh raspberries
– 150g chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
– 1 tablespoon of sprinkles (optional)
– Parchment paper
Method
1. Start by washing the raspberries gently. Make sure to dry them completely using a paper towel.
2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
3. Carefully dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring it is fully covered.
4. Place the dipped raspberries on a tray lined with parchment paper. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
5. Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
