Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Mix the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
