Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until creamy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is combined.
4. Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a dough forms. Then, fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
5. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
