Ingredients
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– ½ cup sliced almonds
– 1 tablespoon honey
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
– Sea salt (to taste)
Method
1. Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
3. Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Stir until creamy.
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt-covered blueberries and sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Freeze for about 1 hour until solid.
