Ingredients
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional)
Method
- Wash the strawberries and dry them completely with a paper towel.
- Chop the dark chocolate and milk chocolate into small pieces.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped chocolates and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it fully. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- If desired, add sprinkles on top before placing the strawberries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Chill them in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
