Delicious Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe: Easy & Perfect Treat

Ingredients

– 500 g fresh strawberries
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 200 g white chocolate
– Sprinkles (optional)

Method

1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them with paper towels. Keep the green stems on for easy handling.
2. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it is covered. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
4. Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
5. Melt white chocolate in a similar way. Drizzle over the chilled strawberries. Add sprinkles if desired before the white chocolate hardens.
