Delicious Chocolate-Covered Coconut Balls: Mounds Bites Recipe

Ingredients

– 1 cup desiccated coconut
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method

1. In a bowl, mix the desiccated coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Chill the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
5. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the tray. Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
