Ingredients
– 1 cup butter, softened

Method
1. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a bowl until fluffy.
2. Add the flour, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
4. Combine both mixtures gently, then pour them into a container that can be sealed.
5. Freeze the container for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm. Serve and enjoy.
