Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Ingredients
400 ml thickened cream
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g plain flour
100 g brown sugar
100 g chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Method
Start by combining the thickened cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or stand mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, chocolate chips, and salt together.
Fold the cookie dough mixture into the whipped cream gently.
Transfer the combined mixture into a container and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top. Cover and freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
