Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Recipe
Ingredients
125 g unsalted butter, softened
150 g brown sugar
100 g white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
190 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
200 g chocolate chips
50 g chopped nuts (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round cake pan.
2. Beat the softened butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until the batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
