Ingredients
500 g green beans
3 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Start by washing the green beans and trimming the ends.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well.
