Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 30 ml honey
– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 2 green onions, chopped
– Cooked rice for serving

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
3. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Make sure they are well coated.
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving on rice.
